As we step into 2026 — and mark 12 years of Techstack — we’re taking a moment to look back at 2025 and how it shaped the way we work today.
2025 was less about bold experiments and more about strengthening the foundations behind delivery, collaboration, and our long-term partnerships.
As products grew in complexity, we focused on making collaboration, decision-making, and delivery even more predictable and reliable.
At the same time, AI continued moving from isolated use cases into everyday workflows, quietly supporting execution and clarity.
Together, these shifts became the new baseline for how we move forward.
How Client Partnerships Evolved
As our work expanded across industries and markets, client partnerships evolved alongside it. In 2025, collaboration increasingly shifted toward earlier and deeper involvement in the product journey—especially at stages where uncertainty is highest and decisions have the greatest long-term impact.
Throughout the year, our team participated in 16 international conferences, held 112+ direct meetings, and worked across multiple regions, including Europe, North America, and new markets such as Saudi Arabia.
We entered the Saudi market as digital transformation accelerated at a national scale under Vision 2030—an environment where platforms are built for long-term economic and social impact. This context demands mature engineering, predictable delivery, and long-term thinking from day one.
Our role in this market is to help organizations translate Vision 2030 ambitions into technically sound, delivery-ready platforms designed for sustained, real-world use.
Strengthening Operational Standards for Complex Environments
The majority of our clients operate in regulated, data-sensitive, and high-stakes environments, so strengthening operational standards has always been a core part of how we work.
In 2025, Techstack began preparing for ISO 27001 certification, focusing on clearer governance, stronger security practices, and more scalable internal processes. This work supports products across domains such as manufacturing, logistics, and energy — where reliability, compliance, and operational discipline are critical.
By treating operational maturity as a foundation, we continue to support complex products with greater confidence and consistency.
Growth Across Existing Partnerships
One of the defining patterns of 2025 was the depth of existing partnerships. 60% of our clients have been with us for 5+ years, reflecting a shared commitment to sustained product evolution rather than short-term engagements. In 2025, most of our work remained concentrated in industries where we've built long-term expertise in healthcare, logistics, and fundraising/e-commerce. These partnerships continued to grow in scope as products matured and technical requirements became more complex.
On the technology side, we saw increased adoption of AWS, serverless architectures, and microservices, alongside our continued expertise in React/React Native and Node.js. Our client base remained primarily small and midsize companies seeking reliable engineering partners for complex technical challenges. We're grateful to our partners who trust us with their most complex work and continue to grow alongside us. Their confidence in our team allows us to invest in the practices, standards, and expertise that make long-term success possible.
The cases below show how we support partners at different stages—from early validation to long-term platform evolution.

New Services Launched in 2025
The patterns we observed across client engagements throughout the year shaped two new service offerings designed to address recurring challenges at critical stages of product development.
Fixed-Price Discovery
In 2025, we launched Fixed-Price Discovery as a standalone service to help teams reduce uncertainty before committing to development. It was shaped by a recurring pattern: strong ideas moving forward with unclear scope, architectural risks, and early pressure around timelines and budgets.
Within a defined 4–8 week timeframe, Discovery helps teams clarify and prioritize MVP scope, validate architecture and infrastructure decisions, and prepare development-ready documentation usable by any delivery team.
To support products at different stages, we introduced three packages: Base for early idea validation, Extended for deeper technical validation, and Full for complete architecture design and delivery planning.
AI-Augmented Engineering
Following Discovery, we launched AI-augmented Engineering to help teams move faster in delivery without sacrificing quality or control.
The service addresses a challenge we saw across scaling products: teams needed to accelerate delivery, but traditional scaling increased costs and complexity, while uncontrolled AI usage introduced new risks.
Within this model, AI is used as a delivery accelerator, while all technical decisions remain human-led. This approach helps teams accelerate MVP and feature delivery without expanding team size, keep architecture and security under senior ownership, and reduce delivery costs while maintaining predictable outcomes.

In 2025, we continued tightening the connection between planning, delivery, and long-term engineering decisions. Our teams placed more emphasis on aligning scope, risks, and delivery expectations before development began — with project managers and business analysts involved earlier in the partner’s journey to reduce uncertainty downstream.
At the same time, we strengthened core engineering foundations across teams. Engineering guilds remained a key mechanism for sharing proven approaches, aligning on standards, and reviewing critical technical decisions across projects.
Recognition Across Industries
Our focus on delivery maturity and engineering depth was reflected in external recognition and client feedback throughout the year.
In 2025, Techstack was included in the Clutch 1000 — a ranking based on verified client reviews and market presence. We were also recognized by Techreviewer among Top 100 Software Development Companies in Poland and Top Manufacturing Software Development Company.
Supporting Ukraine and Social Initiatives
Throughout 2025, Techstack continued its commitment to supporting Ukraine and broader social initiatives.
Over the year, the company directed approximately ₴7.3 million toward supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In addition, teams took part in charity runs and volunteer initiatives supporting local communities.
These initiatives remain an integral part of Techstack’s culture and responsibility as a company.
Conclusion: What We’re Carrying Forward
Looking back at 2025, clear patterns emerged around where technology creates real leverage—and where it only adds noise. The differentiator wasn’t access to tools, but the quality of early decisions: scope, architecture, and what’s actually worth building.
Those patterns shape our focus going forward.
Using AI to strengthen judgment, not just speed
The most valuable uses of AI help teams reason through trade-offs while decisions are still reversible. The gap will continue to widen between organizations that use AI to think clearly—and those that simply move faster without direction.
Engineering foundations that hold under pressure
Products that endure are built on architecture and practices designed for long-term evolution. We invest in the discipline required to absorb complexity, scale responsibly, and adapt without breaking.
Thoughtful, long-term partnerships
The most meaningful work happens with partners who value clarity and sustained progress over rapid but fragile growth—building for years of reliable operation, not short-term momentum.
As the industry moves beyond experimentation, the products that last will be those built with intent. Our role is to help partners make the right choices early—and carry them forward with confidence.
