Terms of use

1.1. This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) is an offer of conditions for the use of the website https://tech-stack.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Site’), represented by the Site Administration and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User’), and regulates the terms of the provision of software development services to Users.

1.2. A user of the Site is any individual who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age allowed for the acceptance of this Agreement, or a legal entity represented by an authorized representative.

1.3. The user is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement. The use of the Site by the User means the complete and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Site by the User must be terminated immediately.

1.4. This Agreement may be amended and / or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document.

1.5. The agreement provides for the mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Administration.

3.1. The site administration considers the information of any person who has become a visitor to this site confidential. By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to the collection and use of certain information about the User in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the Site Administration's policy on the protection of personal data. In addition, the user agrees that the Site Administration can collect, use, transfer, process information provided by the User.

3.2. The site administration undertakes to collect only that personal information that the Consumer provides voluntarily.

3.3. The site administration can collect both basic personal data, such as name, surname, middle name, email address, other data, and secondary (technical) data - cookies, information about connections and system information. Users can voluntarily upload to the Site additional files with a description of their projects / tasks, files with a résumé, or other files necessary for cooperation with the company.

3.4. The user agrees that the confidentiality of the data transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed by the Site Administration in the event that access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the zone of technical means of communication controlled by the Site Administration.

3.5. The site administration can use any information collected through the Site in order to improve the content of the website, finalize it, transfer information to the User (upon request), for marketing or research purposes, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation in force.

5.1. This Agreement is a contract. The site administration reserves the right to both change this Agreement and establish a new agreement. Such changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site. The User's use of the site materials after the Agreement is changed automatically means their acceptance.

5.2. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the first visit of the Site by the User and is valid between the User and the Company throughout the entire period of the User's use of the Site.

5.3. The site is subject to the intellectual property rights of the Site Administration. All exclusive property copyrights to the site belong to the Site Administration. The use of the site by the Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine on intellectual property rights.

5.4. The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, copy any parts of the Site, except when such permission is given to the User by the Site Administration.

5.5. This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by the Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
