Maryna Suprun

Maryna is a Certified Scrum Master with over 3.5 years of professional experience in an Agile environment. She spent 1.5 years as a Project Manager, and in the past 2 years, she has been fully dedicated to the role of Scrum Master on the sales engagement platform, leveraging her previous experience to drive successful project outcomes. 

Prior to working in the IT field, she held a leadership position in the banking sector. Maryna has worked on projects ranging from 9 to over 50 employees, simultaneously supporting up to 4 teams. She has hands-on experience working with people and has successfully launched several Scrum teams from scratch, conducted learning workshops, and used different approaches to working with remote teams in order to increase their effectiveness.

She believes in lifelong learning and that the changing environment offers opportunities to improve and acquire new skills.
