A Digital Menu for Restaurants and Hotels
The ServeMe solutions were born out of a desire to put the customer first and make their experience as seamless as possible. The ServeMe Menu allows restaurant and hotel clients to view their options from the comfort of their seats without having to handle menus that countless other customers may have handled physically.

In early 2020, the global pandemic posed numerous challenges for businesses, including adapting to new communication and hygiene protocols. One product that has proven its value during the pandemic is digital menus.
As a response to the challenges at hand, we developed a software solution for a digital menu that included the following features and products:
An administrative panel that allows users to create and manage the restaurant's menu (photos of dishes, descriptions, dish weight, presence of allergens), customize dishes and browse the analytics of views of the menu and its positions.
A web application aimed at providing guests with a digital menu.
For server development, we chose the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.JS, Angular.JS, Node.JS).

About the team
Regarding reaching our product goals, the team relies on the Scrum methodology for our processes and the OKR system for setting and tracking our objectives and key results. This combination helps us stay organized and focused on our end goal while still allowing for agility and adaptation as necessary.
Not only do digital menus offer a hygienic alternative to traditional paper menus, but they also facilitate better communication with staff by allowing for instant updates and changes. Our product eliminated the need for the expense of updating menus, allowing restaurants to redirect those resources toward other necessary costs. This convenient tool allowed us to partner with JW Marriott Hotels.
