A One-Stop Platform Design for the Hospitality Industry
The ServeMe platform includes 3 products that can be used together and independently: ServeMe Orders, ServeMe Menu and ServeMe Delivery.
Identify the problems that users face in the hospitality sector and search for cases where process automation can bring value to the business.
Starting work on the product, we followed the idea of creating a platform for automating interactions with the place’s clients and guests to improve customer service in hotels and restaurants. The product implements the idea of being where the client is.
In the beginning, we selected such areas of development as:
A solution to automate the process of communication with customers and guests at restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc, regarding the acceptance of orders and processing requests;
A platform to digitize the menu of restaurants and cafes and make it more accessible to guests.
Subsequently, we expanded the range of solutions, supplementing it with automated delivery and pick-up service platform. Throughout the entire product creation process, we validated countless ideas, carried out dozens of studies and made several pivots. As a result, we launched designs for 3 products.

Staff mobile application design: helps receive orders and answer guests’ questions
The design for an administrative panel that helps: create and manage the restaurant's menu (photos of dishes, descriptions, dish weight, presence of allergens), customize dishes; manage the staff; maintain statistics on service quality: most popular items, staff productivity, and number of orders; show answers to the most frequent guest questions; carry out promotions among guests of the establishment; receive feedback on quality of service.
A client application design: helps access all the institution's services from anywhere and without live communication with the staff.

The design of an administrative panel for creating and managing digital menus: menu representation creation that involves dish description, photographs, ingredients, allergens (if any), weight; statistics tool; institution information management: address, work hours, contact information.
