The most sought-after among these is Soft Skills for Hard Tasks, a core eight-week program that enhances workplace interactions and collaboration. By merging expert mentorship with hands-on practice, participants master interpersonal skills that directly impact their work performance.

The program's practical method has led to high participation. Moreover, participants reported better communication and teamwork. Encouraged by this success, we aim to expand the program in 2025 and equip more professionals with these essential skills.

Supporting Ukraine's Armed Forces

In 2024, we donated a total of $239,210 to support Ukraine's Armed Forces. This includes company contributions of $224,925, as well as approximately $18,000 raised by employees through fundraising events.

Continuing to Build a Culture of Charity

Our event management team organized activities to support various charitable causes, including:

  1. Visiting Animal Shelters: Team members volunteered at animal shelters in Kyiv and Lviv, providing care and essential supplies for abandoned and rescued animals.
  2. Charity Marathon–"Chestnut Run": Teams participated in a charitable marathon aimed at raising awareness and support for children with congenital heart defects. This initiative not only funded critical medical care, but also brought together our team members across different cities for a shared purpose.
  3. Warmth and Light for the Elderly Together, we raised funds for "Warmth and Light" packages through the "Starenki" charity fund. These packages provided essential supplies to elderly individuals, offering them comfort and support during the Christmas season.
